Reporting a conversion problem
Because everything runs in your browser, we never see your files, which means we cannot look up what went wrong on our end. To help us reproduce a problem, please include:
- Which tool you used and which formats you were converting between.
- What you expected versus what happened.
- Your browser and operating system.
- If you are comfortable sharing it, a small sample file that shows the issue — ideally one without sensitive locations, or with the start and end trimmed.
Feature requests
Want a new conversion, an extra statistic, or a different export option? Tell us. TrackKit grows based on what people actually need, and a clear description of your use case is the most useful thing you can send.
